Are you tired of cooking? Would you appreciate a home-cooked meal? Do you have a friend or relative that would like a visit and a meal? Deacons will be sponsoring a MEAL MART on Sunday, April 6. Soups will be available in two-cup or one-quart containers, cooked, and ready to take home for your family, or for someone who you know who would appreciate the attention. In the same spirit as the GARDEN MART, you are welcome to make a free-will donation to support the ministry. Leftover soups will be frozen at church, and will be available for pick up during the month.
Deacons Colleen Collins and Deb Burg set up profiles on mealtrain.com for our members who have medical problems and need meal support. If you know of members who need this service, please contact the Deacons.
After the 10:30 service on Easter Sunday, some of the live lilies, daffodils, hyacinths, and tulips, donated to decorate the church, will be available to deliver to our PCM members who are homebound or at home recovering. If you are able to deliver a plant, please check with the Deacons at the flower table during the Easter Brunch. The flowers may be purchased for $10. Envelopes are in the Guest Registers.
If you know of a PCM member who would appreciate additional TLC, please contact the Deacons.
