You asked for it, so here it is! At the Town Hall Meeting Stewardship was asked to periodically report to the congregation the status of Giving. We are proud to report that at the end of April, Giving is at about 98.5% of projected income (about $1,645 short of projections). So, giving is mostly on target year-to-date.

Attention: The last day of Sunday School will be Sunday, May 17. We will break for the Summer months and will begin again next fall. Plan on staying for the Pancake Man Breakfast following the worship service.
Galloping Gourmet meets for a bus trip to Ana Carballal’s favorite restaurant on the second Friday, May 8th. The bus leaves our south parking lot at 6:00 for the restaurant. Then we will be returning to our host’s dessert at the church after dinner. Make reservations on the signup sheet in the Communication Center and we will see you then!
Table Grace Cafe is the PCM Mission Committee's Mission Partner and Hunger Focus for the month of May. Many members will remember that a few years ago many members enjoyed a delicious brunch at Table Grace Cafe on a Saturday afternoon in April. Many more will remember the wonderful New Year's Eve dinners that Table Grace Cafe served for PCM. (If you are thinking about having an event catered, you might consider Table Grace.) And yet others will remember stopping there for lunch while on a Round Town Mission Trip.
PW’s annual spring flower sale has been canceled for this year. We are sorry to disappointing the many PCM members who have consistently purchased our plants. Next Spring we hope to again be able to supply you with gorgeous plants from Deer Ridge Greenhouse. Thanks for your understanding and continued support of PW.
PCM Women’s Book Club–April 20 We will continue to hold the current Book Club meeting on the third Monday evening of every month (Home of Maurine Beason, 5207 No. 85th St.), but will offer an additional time, which will be at noon at PCM’s “Groom’s Room”. It will be a “bring your own sack lunch” and will be led by Diane Frans. Karen Matthewswill be reviewing the book “The Lifeboat” by Charlotte Rogan.
